Do you do telehealth?

Our practice utilizes telehealth services when deemed appropriate by the therapist to ensure that clients in Ohio have access quality care from the comfort of their homes. We prioritize well-being and are committed to providing flexible options that meet your needs.

What are your hours?

We make every effort to accommodate your schedule Monday-Friday from as early as 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All services are by appointment only. Once you are established as a client, you will be allowed to schedule your own appointments at times that are convenient to you through the client portal. If you desired appointment slot is not available, please speak with your therapist about your concerns.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes. We generally have intake appointments available within 3 days. To begin accessing services, simply call our offices and follow the phone prompts or create an account on our client portal. You will be asked to provide your full name, brief description of why you are seeking services and a method for reaching you (e-mail and phone number). Someone from our office will get back with you within 24 hours to further discuss arranging an intake appointment.

Do you do marriage/couples counseling?

Most insurance will not pay for marriage counseling as it is not viewed by them as “medically necessary.” In most cases, we can see one partner in the relationship as the “identified patient” and can have the other partner participate in the treatment to address the distress from the relationship. If you choose to approach care in this fashion, then the “identified patient” must set up the portal account. If you choose to not go this route, and want true marriage counseling then you will be responsible for the full session rate of $250 for the first appointment and $220 for each subsequent session to be paid at the time of service.

Do you do evaluations?

While we do not provide evaluation services through BH Consultation, we're pleased to let you know that the practice works closely with E.B. Evaluations,Inc., a practice dedicated to providing psychological and forensic evaluation services the same building. For more information about E.B.
